We prefer to use Zoom as an online meeting tool but definitely open to another way. Feel free to suggest what you are comfortable with.

Yes we are routinely Criminal Record checked for working with the vulnerable sector
Do you have an office to meet?
Indeed we have a private meeting office if you are more comfortable in person.
